Q. When will my order ship?

A. If you place your order before 4PM Eastern Time Monday - Friday, any in-stock items in your order will ship same-day. If your order is placed after 4PM Eastern Monday - Friday, your items will be shipped the following business day. Any out of stock, backordered, or direct ship items will ship as-available. Please contact us with any shipping concerns before placing your order.

 

Q. How much will my order cost to ship?

A. Most orders over $75 ship free, and most orders under $75 cost $15.95 to ship.
Orders over 10 pounds will be charged an extra $1 per pound - however, please note that saddles, tack, and clothing do not have any extra weight charges.
We may charge extra to ship certain items based on size and/or weight, as marked on the page for the product.

 

Q. When will my order arrive?

A. For our economy shipping, we will ship the next business day, before 4:00PM, but please allow 5-7 business days for your order to arrive.
Please call us before you place your order if you would like faster shipping quotes.
Occasionally items may take longer due to manufacturer's delay - we will inform you immediately of any issues.

 

 

Q. Can I pick my order up in store?

A. Yes, absolutely! If your shipping address is in PA, NJ, or NY, you will see an option at checkout for in-store pickup.
Just come in with your confirmation email or proof-of-id, and we'll have your order ready for you at our store!

Q. Will I have to pay sales tax?

If you live in New Jersey, then yes, you will be charged sales tax.
